Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Glen Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
