Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Ironwood Cedar Inspection Services is an inspection company in Des Moines with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our driver support. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
