Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Amberfield Ashton Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Seattle with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
