Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Lumen Drift Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Miami with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our driver support. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
