Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Partners collects and processes waste and recycling around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our driver support. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
