Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Ironwood Drift Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in San Antonio with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
