Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Bright Glen Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
