Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Rowan Freight and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. We reward reliability. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling loads and lanes on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
