Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Redstone Keystone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Austin with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our driver support. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
