Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Bright Juniper Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
