Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Bluepeak Quarry Farms Group is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
