Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Amberfield Forge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Cleveland, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a large organisation of about 590 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
