Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Bright Ashton Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Orlando, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our driver support. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
