Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Nova Umber Inspection Services Partners is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
