Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cedar Farms and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
