Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Farms and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
