Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Ironwood Cross Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
