Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Cedar Hollow Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
