Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Keystone Environmental Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of collection routes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
