Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Stone Farms and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of harvest schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
