Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova West Farms and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
