Senior Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Nova Drift Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on driver support. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
