Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Keystone Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Orlando region. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on driver support. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
