Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Bridge Freight Group is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling carrier rates on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
