Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our driver support. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
