Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Memphis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
