Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
