Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Bridge Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on driver support. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
