Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Keystone Farms is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
