Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services Associates collects and processes waste and recycling around Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
