Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Orchard Freight Associates and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
