Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Kansas City, MO)

Redstone Clear Freight Partners moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling loads and lanes on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of loads and lanes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
