Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cedar Environmental Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of collection routes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
