Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Stone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Grand Rapids with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on driver support. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
