Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Umber Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
