Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Bright West Environmental Services Partners and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
