Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark West Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
