Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Dallas, TX)

Amberfield Basin Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Dallas. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
