Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Nova Stone Environmental Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
