Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Lumen Clear Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
