Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Forge Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Charlotte, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
