Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Keystone Farms and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a large organisation of about 558 people based in Boise. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
