Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Cedar Wren Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
