Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Keystone Environmental Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of weigh tickets. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
