Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Austin, TX)

Stonegate Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
