Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Austin, TX)

Northwind Ivory Inspection Services is an inspection company in Austin with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Austin. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
