Senior Dispatcher - driver support (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge West Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 668 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
