Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bright West Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Virginia Beach, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of collection routes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
