Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Oak Freight is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
