Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Lakeside Farms is an agricultural business based around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
